Joe is founder and president of Bannon & Company. He started the firm to offer clients an independent platform for financial planning and investment services. As a financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner, Joe has a defined process by which he works with each client. He insists on understanding the specific situations of the people he works with; thereby being able to establish objectives, develop an appropriate strategy, recommend solutions, and review the progress he and his clients are making together toward reaching those goals and objectives. With Joe, clients can expect to receive personalized advice and active investment strategies required by sophisticated investors. Joe meets with clients regularly to ensure that their financial lives are consistent with their personal circumstances.
Joe received his BS in finance from Villanova University and has 19 years of investment experience. Prior to founding Bannon & Company in 2008, he worked in the financial services industry for an independent broker/dealer and previously with a major Wall Street firm.

Michelle L. Gillette
Vice President of Operations
Michelle is vice president of operations for Bannon & Company. She has worked with Joe since 2004. She is an operations expert who provides unmatched skills in the processing and maintenance of client accounts. Michelle not only focuses on the numerous services Bannon & Company has to offer, but she also presents the right services and solutions to suit client lifestyles and needs. In addition to client services, she helps maintain the office's supplies, bookkeeping records, and updates to our website.
Michelle received her BA from the University of Connecticut; she maintains her FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations as a registered staff member with Commonwealth Financial Network® and has 19 years of investment and banking experience.
